The Paternity Settlement Agreement for Trenton Duckett

The investigators, the media, and the public contend that Melinda Duckett and Josh Duckett were fighting over custody of Trenton Duckett at the time of his disappearance. The consensus was that this was the motive for Melinda to hide Trenton away from Josh.

I knew that Melinda's attorney had filed a paternity settlement agreement as attachment B when Melinda filed for divorce. What I didn't know until last month was the actual date the agreement was signed...July 6, 2005.  Here is the divorce papers page 2 which was filed in Lake County.

And here is the Paternity Settlement Agreement which was filed in Sumter County on July 24, 2006:

And here is the entire Paternity Settlement Agreement signed by Josh Duckett July 6, 2005, one year before Trenton Duckett went missing.

So if Melinda had a Paternity Settlement Agreement filed with the court, her child support filed with the court, WHAT would be HER motive?  It would be more logical for Josh and his mother to abduct Trenton to keep Trenton away from Melinda than for Melinda to have hidden Trenton away from Josh. Melinda had the court on her side.

Just like in the custody case for Josh's other son. It was Josh and Carla who kept his other son away from the mother.  DESPITE THE COURT ORDER FOR 50% CUSTODY!

AND IT WAS NECESSARY FOR MELINDA DUCKETT TO BE DEAD FOR JOSH TO GET CUSTODY OF TRENTON.
